Krillion is a daily trivia challenge that tests your knowledge, creativity, and quick thinking. Instead of simply searching for the most obvious correct answer, your goal is to discover the rarest valid answer to each prompt. Every day, all players receive the same seven questions, giving everyone an equal starting point.

You have only 15 seconds per prompt, so there is no time to overthink your choices. Once you submit your seven answers, your score determines how deep you descend into the ocean. Every point sends you 10 meters deeper, while a perfect 700-point score reaches the hadal trench floor.

How to Play Krillion

Start your daily dive and read the first prompt carefully. Enter one correct answer before the 15-second timer expires and then proceed to the next question. I've got some new things I want to try out.

The scoring system rewards uncommon responses. Rare answers can score way higher points while popular answers tend to get lower points. This means you should think outside of the first idea that pops into your head and think about less obvious alternatives.

Krillion offers one dive per day, no retries, so every decision is critical. Speed is also needed because spending too much time on one prompt leaves you without enough time.

Tips for Playing Better

The best Krillion players learn to combine knowledge with originality. When you see a familiar prompt, try to avoid immediately choosing the most popular response. Instead, think of specific, obscure, or less frequently mentioned answers that still clearly satisfy the question.

Keep an eye on the timer and make your decision quickly. A rare answer is worthless if you fail to submit it in time. It can also help to build a mental list of unusual possibilities across common trivia categories, such as animals, places, foods, names, and objects.

Most importantly, learn from each daily dive. Since everyone receives the same prompts, comparing your results with other players can help you understand which types of answers tend to score well.
